Terms and Conditions

By downloading, registering, or using the Ridivo application ("App") or any associated website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Ridivo is a group vehicle-ride coordination platform that allows users to create, join, and manage group rides. Ridivo does not own, operate, or provide transportation services. We are a technology platform that connects riders.

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence applicable to your vehicle type to create or join a ride as a driver. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You must provide a valid phone number for OTP-based verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Ridivo facilitates coordination between riders. We are not responsible for:

• Accidents, injuries, or fatalities occurring during any ride.
• Acts or omissions of any ride participant (captain, co-rider, or guest).
• Vehicle breakdowns, route hazards, or adverse weather conditions.
• Loss or damage to personal property during a ride.

Participation in any ride is entirely at your own risk. You agree to indemnify and hold Ridivo harmless from any claims arising from your participation in rides.

The SOS feature is an emergency assistance tool only. It is not a substitute for emergency services. Ridivo does not guarantee response times or the availability of skilled participants. Always contact official emergency services (112 in India) in a life-threatening emergency.

Deliberate false alarms will result in a reduction of your Safety Score and may lead to account suspension.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information about yourself, your vehicle, or your skills.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Misuse the SOS system.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans.

Referral rewards are credited at our discretion after validation. We reserve the right to revoke rewards if fraud or abuse is detected. Promotional coupons are subject to their own stated terms and expiry dates.

All content on the Platform, including logos, UI design, and software, is owned by Ridivo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We encourage resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
